Part-time Marketing Assistant (Work-Study Position ONLY)
The Marketing Assistant position will work with the RBI Director to maintain online content and create best practices for raising awareness of RBI, its available programs and events.
The duties will include; maintaining an up-to-date company website, posting to the organization’s social media platforms, help with creating event flyers, assisting with promotional activities, analyzing workshop questionnaires and assisting with market research and advertising. The ideal applicant will have great communication skills and the ability to adapt to different application platforms quickly.
Part-time Office Assistant (Work-Study Position ONLY)
The Administrative Office Assistant will work with the RBI Director to ensure the office runs smoothly and client databases are maintained with accuracy.
The duties will include; filing, data entry, answering the office phone, scheduling meetings for the Director, assistance with special events, reporting and other general administrative duties. The ideal applicant will be well organized, have great written communication skills and be self-motivated.

With both positions, basic abilities to work with Microsoft Office programs and knowledge of social media platforms is a plus but, not necessary. RBI will train the right applicant on the programs used.
